online portfolio of freelance graphic designer Anna Matasic

It all started when I won a school-wide art competition in grade 4 and a colouring-in competition in grade 6 (receiving the aptly titled Colour by Numbers by Culture Club - my very first vinyl). Although my music tastes have since developed, my feet still tap when I hear a synthesised tune.

Since completing a Bachelor of Design from Swinburne School of Design, I started as a print designer working in publishing before taking my skills online. Infected with a chronic case of the travel bug I ended up in London and spent some years with a new media agency.

Eventually, I returned to Melbourne to create pretty pictures for the corporate sector. I am currently enjoying the freedoms of self-employment while intermittently teaching both graphic design theory and practice.
